What is stored and how.

WP AgentHub Chatbot

Chat logs are stored locally in your WordPress database. Analytics data is anonymized and automatically deleted after 30 days. No third party has access to conversation content.

OpenClaw Agent

All workspace files (IDENTITY, SOUL, AGENTS etc.) reside exclusively on the server. No synchronization with external services beyond the LLM API you configure.

LLM API Connections

Requests go to your chosen LLM API (OpenRouter, Anthropic, Mistral etc.). For maximum data sovereignty I recommend EU-based providers like Mistral or local models via Ollama.

AGermany (EU) or USA, hosted on IONOS / Contabo.

OpenClaw is fully open source. You can review the source code, run your own instances, and are not dependent on my services.

Data Processing Agreement

For hosting services I sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with you in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Available on request.
